The farm has 11 rooms with private bathroom. The rooms are furnished with air conditioning and independent heating, TV led and mini bar.

The J suite was obtained from a big barn, it has a private garden and a living room with sofa and fireplace. It’s the ideal solution to have more intimacy and during the winter a warm place where stay.

The three beds room is on ground floor and it has a little private garden with independent entrance.

On the ground floor there is also a double room, accessible to disabled, with big door and equipped bathroom with handles without shower tray.

The double rooms are on two floor with view on San Gimignano or on surrounded landscape.

In the farm you can admire the original travertine stairs, the terracotta flooring of the living room and the beautiful ceiling with vaults.

Where it was not possible conserve the original elements, we recreated the old atmosphere with handmade terracotta flooring, beamed wood and rooms with rustic style beds and poor furniture.

We confirm the possibility to add, in some rooms, the third bed at price of 25 euro for the child up to 11 years and 35 euro for the adults.
